Description: These models are a family of battery maintenance devices designed for indoor and outdoor use with lead-acid secondary (rechargeable) batteries. The transformer is provided with 28VAC RMS secondary at normal input voltage and employed at half wave rectified and has no reactive filtering. It is supplied with the specified current within +/- 10% through a current limit resistor and LED indicator circuit to a 6-cell, 12.8VDC lead acid battery at normal input voltage.
